ChuaCC sings Amazing Grace

The Class of 1971 had the pleasure of Mr Chua Cheng Chye (R.I.P.)  as their special guest during their Class Reunion Dinner held on 07 June 2003. In this video, CCC talked candidly about life, teaching, music and singing. He sang “Amazing Grace” towards the end of the video. Video shot by and courtesy of Mak Kai Kin. Posted by Tedin.

Over the last few months, as this ChuaCC blog evolved into what it is today, there have been many hands behind the job, as mentioned before. Our Chairman, Bien, right from the start, has been always willing to put in his time, effort and support, in what ever way. Tedin Ng, not new to many, especially the classes 71 to 75, but  whom I have just got to know better since this project, has also shown great enthusiasm not only of this ChuaCC Fund but of other MACS matters, primary and secondary, past and present.

This  is to thank Tedin, and all the others,  for bringing the many old ACS boys together, old and new, during the recent annual dinner. Tedin was the initiator of our day trip and  he offered to drive Bien, myself and Andelko in his car and we got back to KL at 3am. We all had an interesting and fun trip, meeting many new faces.

ChuaCC Fund latest

chualogo-copy

I noticed that Oh KL has responded to my e-mail seeking support. He is my junior and due to an unfortunate accident was paralyzed from shoulder downwards. It is very kind of him to have responded. He now earns a living giving Bahasa tuition and is very much sought after.

We should pay him a visit when we are in M’cca.

Eng Kim Leng

Yes we would like to visit Oh Kim Leng in Malacca if we can and thanks again Kim Leng in your effort in this project. Please let us have his contact phone no if possible. Victor chin
